My Story.

I’ve always been an advocate for health and always participated in physical activity. In my 20’s I became serious about trail running and achieved completing Ultra Trail Australia 100km Race. I have also participated in amateur boxing and play basketball socially. 

 

With years of experience as an ICU Nurse and Remedial Massage I’ve acquired a unique understanding of the body and apply this in practice in Personal Training through rapport, assessment and exercise prescription tailored to you. 

 

My ultimate goal is to support you achieving your personal training goals, improve performance, and do this as efficiently and safely possible.
