My Story.

Being introduced to the gym in high school I found a place that I was able to have fun, challenge myself but didn’t necessarily have a competitive aspect to it - which for me, a not-very-competitive person, is a good thing! As a trainer I strive to meet people where they are and to do what I can to help them on their way to whatever goals they have. In particular I am committed to making gym spaces a more welcoming environment for female clients and I hope that I can help to make my clients feel confident and comfortable.
